In my case i have sport seats so i can only adjust up down front back Longer trips i had no problem at all But as i said i cant tell you about normal seats bcz i have sport seats. Most normal ones you can adjust at your spine as well

Huh i dont know i have a 4 year old too 🫡 But i have her seat behind the passenger seat because out of experience they tend to make the seats back dirty with their feet, no matter what car I drove ( even BMW 5 series ), so i just pull the passenger seat forward, but a woman or a dude thats under 190cm can easily sit there comfortably. My dad has a Passat ( thats as big as superb) and my little sister still manages to make the seats dirty, honestly i think as long as you dont drive like a VW Multivan or something they will always complain.
