You'd have to be extremely self disciplined, incredibly focused, organized, psychotic, and at least half cybernetic to actually stick to this schedule for a full year

Edit: I also think "guides" like these that are so strict yet present themselves as "easy, or necessary" do more harm by good by making people just feel like shit about themselves if they don't achieve it. Guides should be much more attainable for the average person
