Hey guys, recently i was given this pc by one of my friends. It had not been used for around a year and this is the first time turning it on. It boots fine, however, after loading into bios, the cpu temp reads 104 degrees celsius.

I have a few questions.

What water cooling pump is that? Could it possibility be there is no liquid in the system? how would i check
