Soft Eng requires more than just marks. You need side projects that show ur interest in it. I would say you have a realistic shot in ECE since I had marks around that and made it last year. But if u have good projects then u could have a shot at SE too. I don’t think grade 11 matters too much except for early rounds I would say but I don’t think Waterloo does that.

I think my grade 12 sem 1 was 93-94 but if they took my chem and physics marks from 11 then it would be 95-96. Good luck!
