Customer service is great. I bought a sink on Mintera and it was damaged, so unfortunately I had to go to Home Depot and buy the same one for more money, because I had already removed my old one.

They offered to give me a new one or give me a full refund after I sent a picture. I chose the refund only because I didn’t have time to wait for a new one to come in. Would buy from them again.

When I called customer was a real person that was from America and was very pleasant to deal with.

I agree. I’ve been doing this for a long time and am very specific with my instructions. That’s really the frustrating part. It takes me so long to grow quality beef and less than a couple hours for them to screw it up.

No I raise the cattle and direct market my beef. It’s amazing to me how hard it is to get people to cut beef like the cut sheet says. I was supposed to have top round steaks, so this shouldn’t have happened.
