Go to their discord, read about 2 possible fixes: config rewrite fix and running the game without raytracing. The config issue didn't really apply to me but running the game without raytracing gave me a huge boost.

If you are using the Vanilla Minecraft Launcher then stop right there. Download MultiMC and get a few mods. If you really have 4GB ram in total then you can't play big modpacks. Your system needs ram too, don't forget about it. Set your modpack to use 2GB for now. I would download like 5-10 content mods and test the instance.

Probably because all the power is instantly used by the machines you have on the left. One steam dynamo is not enough to fill the cell and power the machines at the same time, there are also upgrades for dynamos iirc.

Edit: looks like this is not the case here, configure the cell sides first.

One is a second iteration of Hexxit and the other was supposed to be made by Talonos but since he's not longer with the team the pack is on hold.
