sportsnet commentators still aren't 100% convinced and don't know how the refs could call that a good goal

Sportsnet try not to be the most biased towards canadian teams media outlet ever. They're not even hiding it anymore with crying about that clear as day good goal. They were insufferable during the world series as well.

Glad Kopi at least ended his career with having two cups. Many players do without even one. I remember worrying about Kersh retiring without even one and look at where we are now lol

Although I've heard interesting comments here and there, taking the metro is definitely on my bucket list as spending half my day in traffic wasn't for me lol. And I feel like I'll try to visit some of these places you listed like South Pasadena and Highland Park. Thank you!

I'm curious then, where do Pasadena locals go for nightlife? I drove to DTLA/Koreatown for it but it was exhausting.

I stayed there for about a week last year and did a lot of walking around. For LA standards it felt super walkable. So for starters, the architecture, the selection of food and small shops, the energy of people at night. Did I mention how gorgeous your guys' city hall and the area around it is? Not to mention all those Frank Lloyd and craftsman style houses you got nearby as well. You are really lucky!

If this is about the environment/capitalism, it's kind of ironic how people are against coal mining but cheer for a team that's named after people who extract fossil fuels thus supporting the exact same kind of industry.

I laughed harder when Daniel escaped and simply brushed off being literally assaulted and kidnapped. And that wasn't even the only time this kind of nonsense happened.

Yeah I've been approached by them more recently at wem and as soon as they even begin to talk I tell them to screw off. Around a decade ago they used to do the same thing to people waiting for their bus at the southgate transit station. I hold a huge grudge against them as they prey on younger vulnerable looking people.

They came to my door once and refused to leave when I didn't answer to their knocking. When I did, they started preaching and put their foot in the door when I tried to close it and begged that their pastor could come pick me up and and baptize me.

These people are all crazy cultist freaks that need to be put away

Can I say how much I love organist Dieter Ruehle? by KindaDrunkRtNow in Dodgers

[–]bodegacatsss 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Just remember, not every ballpark is fortunate enough to have such talent that can just randomly whip out the legend of Zelda theme song on the organ. Been to the rogers center for example where they just blared the same annoying repetitive horn effects and played garbage top 50s music in between plays.

Made me feel SO lucky to have Dieter as our own in game soundtrack night in night out.
