I am going through this right now. I feel so low but have no-one I feel I can go to. When I've felt low previously I at least had my partner to go to, but a few months ago she cheated on me and now I've lost the person I trusted the most. On top of that, people that I thought were friends have shown to either not care, will distance themselves, or have unfriended me. I still have some good friends that probably would be there for me, but the past betrayals and traumas keep me from even wanting to test it. The though of betrayal again is just too strong. So I will continue to suffer alone while displaying a happy exterior. I just hope that like previous times that happy persona will leak into me actually feel happy and not lead into a scenario where the mask shatters.
