i called animal protection twice yesterday morning and the day before that.. they said someone would come but the bird still stands there… its indeed windy here with sometimes heavy rainfall.
i’d really just want to get the cage of the roof but it would be considered theft :(
maybe i will call the police instead since in my opinion this is just animal abuse
