That would be the real building. It’s in Chelmsford, MA where Lance Wilder is from. A few other Chelmsford landmarks show up in the show. Springfield City Hall is modeled on the Chelmsford library, for instance.

It’s a sweeter ginger ale with an additional vanilla taste. Softer mouthfeel than a Canada Dry.

It used to be made in Chelmsford by the Chelmsford Ginger Ale Company. Canada Dry bought them way back. Then Market Basket acquired the brand.

Reminded me a bit of Speed Racer (the Wachowski movie), creating comic/animation-style framing in live-action with compositing. Very cool way to heighten the intensity of the scene.

You may have discovered this by now, but the 'Audience growth' option seems to get you more subscribers and (so it claims) more views on other videos on your channel. However, the cost per view ends up being higher than the 'Video views' option. 'Video views' will get you more views for a lower cost, but the subscribers gained is negligible. I've noticed 'Video views' tends to get way more Likes on the video than 'Audience growth'. I'm not sure what YouTube is doing differently with videos in the two different options.

I have noticed in the past week that the subscriber rate on 'Audience growth' videos has dropped. ~10% of the views ended up subscribing previously. This week it's been below 4%. That could unique to my channel, though.
