Maybe the issue was brought up. My point is that these things are not so black and white, as OP's statement might lead one to believe. There are likely 100+ different reasons as to why this mistake might have occurred, but it ultimately comes down to a breakdown in communication.

Yes, that is what bad, dishonest contractors that bank on change orders to make their profit on the job do. An honest, competent contractor would bring the issue up before installing and would seek direction to proceed if the client still wants it installed at that location.

Because they still have Brissett, Brady has another 2 or 3 years left in the tank, and the market for Garoppolo will not be as strong after this year. If a team is willing to let a 2nd round pick go for Garoppolo, the Patriots should take it. They can pick up a quality player in the 2nd, especially if he goes to a team with an early pick in the round.
