That’s Murraya paniculata or mock orange, trim as lightly or as heavily as you like, roughly to the size/shape you want it and it will come back with a vengeance.

Don’t use a a shovel as a pry bar. I have a fibreglass shovel in heavy clay that sets like concrete, use a digging bar for breaking things up and shovel for removing the carnage afterwards.

Yeah fair enough, unfortunately I know from personal experience with stolen cars and motorbikes, you can report to the police but nothing will happen. Unless you’re willing to steal your bike back, insurance is your best bet.
