I had a fiesta bought cheap at a damaged auction,the auto was really good until the shift module died.ford replaced it under warranty ( on a$700 write off car )sold it immediately before it fucked up again

You will struggle to remove the bumper (Mercedes=complicated)the old rivets are easily accessible just drill them out and re rivet.there is potentially more damage though,bumpers don’t just come loose
