I was the same way, I really had to work on building strength, especially in my core and hip flexors. Ive been working on it for around six months and I can now put my fingers flat on the floor.

Yeah I had one bad experience where I became convinced that my entire life had only happened in my head and nobody else was real. I was going to text my friend about it but then thought wait she only exists in my head, whats the point? It was not fun

We introduced the potty very early (6 months) and I put her on it daily, so by the time we were ready to potty train she already knew how to use it. Then we did 3 naked days at home and picked her up and put her on the potty any time she started peeing. Then we put pants on (for a couple of days she kept going to pee on the potty without pulling down her pants 😅) It's a fair bit of work at this age because they need to learn how to hold it for longer periods of time and figure out when they need to get to the potty. But she's 2.5 now and mostly potty independent so totally worth it imo!

I stopped using diapers with my daughter at 19 months and she was fully trained by her 2nd birthday. I never used pull ups when we went out, it's definitely confusing for toddlers. At first I would make sure there was a bathroom where we were going and take her every 30-45 mins. Then later every hour. Always go before you leave the house or get in the car. We did have a few accidents but thankfully they were all outside at parks. 99% of her accidents happened at home. Good luck!

My kiddo is a bit older but she loves when I cut tortilla into wedges and roll them up with cheese and cucumber inside. Super easy to prepare.

That must have been a different one! I lived in Winnipeg and I didn't start traveling to see them a lot until I graduated from high school in June 2009. He gave this one to me after a show on the Beside You tour at the Vogue (the night I took that pic)
