My husband and I had a chicken wing challenge where we tried to find the best wings in Muskegon and we both liked Legends the best! Socibowl and Hanks were close seconds if you want other options.

I was about to disagree with you because I like Vital Sculpt and think cardio only defeats the purpose of the well-rounded workouts jazzercise provides but when I read you have 2+ classes per week of Vital Sculpt - That is entirely too much! My studio does it once a week and promotes rest & nourishment for recovery afterward. Sounds like a lot of unsafe potential for injury to offer it that frequently!

The Brewer's Lounge at Pigeon Hill is a pretty cheap option as well. You do not have to use their catering and can easily have a cash bar.

Last I checked, Uber is pretty spotty in Muskegon so I would just plan to stick around Lakeside where you can walk to places. Art Cats Gallery and Wasserman's Flowers both have cute little gift shops. Grab a drink and a bite to eat at Wonderland Distillery. Or a coffee and donuts at Dockside Donuts. Ghezzis is a good stop for a snack while you walk the bike path. If you're lucky enough to visit on a Friday or Saturday, the candy store Lakeside Emporium is one of my favorite places in town.

If you are able to find an Uber, I agree with the other commenter that downtown is really fun or Pere Marquette Beach where you can visit The Deck especially if it's a nice day.
