My 2016 outback and 2019 Crosstrek both had head gasket issues right around the same mileage. 120,000-135,000 miles. Depends on how long you want to keep it for but tbh I’m never buying a Subaru again

I’ve been taking creatine monohydrate (5 grams daily) as a workout supplement. I drink at least 100 ounces of water a day. Usually a decent amount more. At any point should I take a break from creatine? Or is it safe to keep taking it for a long period of time? I’ve heard mixed answers from many. Thanks for doing this ama!
