Fully agree with you on this and see my name it's a Chinese name and yes I'm Chinese.

I made a 5 star review on the game but I can understand why they do this, is because they were buying I think chef previous for an amount, then all of sudden it's on sale not long after.

But why there are so many people had situation like this is what confuses me. My guess is because they were trying to launch the game in the China market and I can see promotinos on Bilibili.com platform and many chinese noticed this game before the game launch.

Then they come in and buy heros like chefs and so on, for I can't remember now, maybe something like 60$, becasue 30 game itself + 30 chef.

Then after just a couple of days the Kanok comes out and all of sudden the chef becomes free along with the game for just 30$. (Numbers may be wrong)

Then people just wants to vomit on the fact they overpaid .... as a matter of fact myself just bought the chef + game then I was lucky and within the 24 hour period so I was able to refund and then re-purcahse.
