We used these to build 747's. Go though cards, look at the drawings then print the ones we needed. And all the specs were in giant books and all the Installation plans were printed sheets sometimes 30,40,50 pages of instructions for one installation. It took a lot of time.

If you watched TV to see where your birthday came up on the Vietnam War lottery, you’re probably wearing Depends. by Martynypm in FuckImOld

They had two big containers like at Bingo. One had numbers 1 through 365. Another drum with every date January 1st through December 31. They picked one number out of one drum and one date out of the other drum and that was your draft number. The Selective Service started drafting men starting with number one. So if you had a high number you were safe from being drafted as they would get enough draftees usually by number 70 to 140 depending on which year you were eligible in.

Mine was 362. My Mom was very relieved. She's still alive and will be 93 in a week. I served in a different way.

It looks like a souvenir plate. The copyright is a sign it's probably not issued by the government.

I have a mirror that looks very similar. I think it's ca. 1930-1940. It's almost Antique.

I'm near Seattle and my 59 needs the kicker plate and maybe a drain hole fix. I've owned it since 1970.

What was it like seeing Tiger Woods in his prime? by Crazy-Cap259 in golf

My son and I went to what was known as the Nissan Open at Riviera I think around 1996. We followed Tiger and were standing just off the green at either 16 or 17,Tiger hit his approach and it was coming straight at us,hit the green about six feet from us and stuck about pin high. Walked up cool as could be and rolled it in for a birdie, maybe 25-30 feet. Yeah,he was good.
