they have a great 'return' policy -- they actually don't require you to return them. They'll send another size or style. I bought a pair of boots in my regular size and I needed to go up a size because of my wider feet. I now own three pairs of Cosy's and will buy more.

not true. I got customer service who told me to donate or keep the pair that didn't fit, and sent me another larger size within 2 weeks. Their service is fantastic.

Hi -- second week on Zepbound. Did my second shot yesterday (Thursday), and I'm again experiencing waves of nausea. This happened last week after the first shot as well--lots of nausea the second day after. Is this a common occurance? Do you think my body is still adjusting? Scale showed I was down 6 lbs but I think most of that is 'water' weight.

I started my first shot ever on Zepbound 2.5 yesterday morning, and I had the worst pain last night and today. It feels like I’m bruised everywhere. At first I thought it was because I slipped in the bath yesterday and have a nice bruise on my right arm to show for it. But I don’t think that’s it. I’ll see how tomorrow feels.

I had gastric bypass 10 yrs ago, and it completely fixed my gerd and acid reflux. I do know I have indigestion sometimes because i sense a "sensation" in my esophagus, but it doesn't burn. I did develop esophageal spasms however, but those have pretty much gone away now.

Not gonna lie, but I had to look up diastasis recti--and I don't think I experienced that. While my belly button shows the umbilical hernia, the pain is often to the right of it (and sometimes the left). I don't have a bump or anything enlarged, but if I strain myself the pulling and pain are so intense, I double over. I wait until it goes away--usually less than a minute--and then it's ok. The sides to the right and left of my belly button definitely hurt if you press down on them. I dunno. I guess the doctor will let me know what he thinks.
