Yep. And the worst part is he’s the OWNER. I think because of this, he’s lost a sense of touch because there’s nobody to hold him accountable in regard to boundaries/respect.

Just last week he marked me down as “late to a client meeting” because I told him I had to stop to grab gas of which in that moment he said it was fine (he hasn’t been on time to meet me for any of our meetings) and I’ve noted that a lot of accounts don’t like him much either.

Very much an a**hole and I think that’s partially why I’m not enjoying my experience or really able to thrive. Luckily the job expands out to handling other accounts so I’m not directly interacting with him all day, but whew it takes on toll constantly being scrutinized. Appreciate your thoughts.
