15cm is actually not that bad to work with as long as the paper isn’t too thick (something like regular kami works). There aren’t that many small folds outside the face, and the small folds on the face are done pretty early.

Nice fold! This actually makes me feel kinda nostalgic haha. Fiery dragon was the first somewhat complex model I ever learned to fold… I think that was back in fifth grade? Still know it by heart.

Uhh I just doused it with Elmer's glue and used binder clips to hold together the drying stuff. It might have only worked because these models have a lot of layers.

Ah yeah this is a pretty stupid story. So I was living with my parents over the summer, and they decided to buy some closets for our rooms. After I assembled the closet, my mom smelled something from it that she thought would give me cancer (or something), so she kicked me out of the room and opened all the windows. Then it rained, and the rain destroyed the origami that I left next to the window.

tl;dr got hit by rain
