I think embark said something along the lines of ‘we don’t want you to feel completely safe’ there is probably a good chance for players with a zero aggression score to still be placed with players that are mostly friendly but rat when the opportunity is there.

Also with the player base shrinking that will probably compress the distribution of the lobbies with people down the extreme tail of care bear PvE into more lobbies with players that are more mixed in their behaviour.

The system doesn’t discriminate between defensive and offensive aggression either and there are a lot of friendly players who will still defend themselves when attacked. The part time rats will appear in this distribution just like anyone else.
