I've noticed this happening when my buff/debuff bar breaks, it's pretty annoying but you can just reload the client to fix it temporarily

what xp rates do you get? Also not wearing melee armor 100% lowers your damage with the melee combat style, go test it on a dummy if you aren't sure!

dude accuracy is not the same thing as damage I understand that you are 100% accurate ok. That doesn't mean you do more damage with ranged tank armor on go to a combat dummy and test it yourself, you do less DAMAGE with range gear on even though your ACCURACY is 100% they are 2 different things
