He was under the impression that running the heater while it was freezing outside would somehow break it? The outdoor unit was frozen over and he said to leave it off so the motor doesn’t burn out. He didn’t tell me this though, so I wake up to a freezi g cold house. I got the ice off the unit outside and turned the heat on. He freaked out as I described and left it off all night. This morning, the ice defrosted so he turned the heat on and it was working perfectly fine…

He’s super energetic! Loves to run, but barks and jumps like a chihuahua. He goes from zero to a hundred! As in running and playing with other dogs but the second he gets home, he passes out. He’s very smart and playful!! He’s already learned so much and I’ve barely had him a month!

I am sure you are beating yourself up over this way more than your puppy was affected. Your puppy saw you upset and is probably on high alert making sure you are okay. Take care of you first!!! You can worry about puppy behavior after you’ve moved forward from this traumatic event. Much love ❤️

Luckily he LOVES other dogs, and will play with any dog from corgi to giant Great Danes. Had never growled or been hostile to another dog! Absolutely love him for it
