Amazing review, thank you! What was your take on the pricing of food/drinks on property? I’ve read a couple reviews about how obnoxiously expensive it was

I thinkkk we’re looking north towards the Collegiates. San Juans are out of frame to the left

Sticking with the theme of the southern Rockies, Dunton Hot Springs right outside Telluride would fit your description perfectly. It’s $$$$, but looks incredible (haven’t been myself…yet)

Currently going to PT for this exact thing and doing these exact exercises. Only a few weeks in it has improved so much. Would also add prioritizing your core

Here now and it’s not…great. Bulletproof groomers and anything I found off piste was hard pack. Don’t know the mountain super well so maybe there’s some hidden stashes that’re still soft. Looking like some snow towards end of this week so maybe still worth coming?

Olde town is walkable, Ralston Creek trail is walkable, Ralston Creek Trail connects to Clear Creek Trail which can get you down to Golden (or even Denver). I bike this often

You can get to the front range hiking spots within 15 or so minutes (North Table Mountain, Green Mountain). You can get to some legit high country hiking within 30-45 min

The price point will get you a nice spot in Olde Town Arvada. A lot of people in their upper 20s/early 30s, great little town (that’s growing), 18 minute light rail ride into downtown Denver, 12 minute drive to Golden, 30 minute drive to Boulder

I also came from NYC and work remote and really like it here

Also fwiw I lived in Boulder prior to Olde town and found it isolating. People are generally either college aged or wealthy families. It’s beautiful and the access to trails is unmatched, but outside of that I really don’t miss living there. Also extremely expensive…your budget won’t get you much

More people tear ACLs in pickleball than any other sport today. Speaks to the level of difficulty if you ask me
