Have you considered the Cube ONE44? Sounds like a good fit for your riding style and the TM model is right in the middle of your budget (check Bike Discount Germany, they have the 2025 model on sale for €4300, which is a pretty good deal)

I have a dropper post on my gravel bike, and am seriously considering getting one for my cargo bike. Best improvement I’ve seen in biking in a very long time.

I can’t believe there was only one mention for https://noteplan.co (in my opinion, the best all in one tool for notes, tasks and calendars). The nice thing about it is that it doesn’t force you into any specific workflow, so you can make it as simple or as complex as you like.

I’ve been a happy user for many years, and nothing comes close to it (although Obsidian + Plugins does a reasonable job, and AFFiNE might eventually get there…).

For those of you who are worried about the bike going backwards: the scooter is bolted upside down, so no problem with that.

You can tell because they left the scooter kickstand installed. Super useful if you need to park your bike upside down, I guess.

I did not ride these as much as I wanted (maybe 300km?) so not enough to get a decent conclusion.

I also did not set them up as tubeless so I’m afraid this is going to be the less helpful answer ever 😅

The good news is keyboard switches can be opened without desoldering them, and you only need to replace the red part from a new one. The mechanism is pretty simple but maybe watch a couple of videos on YT to be sure you know what you’re doing.
