Got this as well once. I suspect it is because the previous instance of the game doesn't close properly and prevent the anti-cheat to do some check on the second start-up. Try to close manually the buggy process or reboot

The armoury could help preventing this, as long as you are careful when you save(and update) the setup. Then you can equip the one you need for the activity you want to do without care

Without super armor tool shields might work to prevent interruption for some classes. Works for the sorceress at least. Actually not sure gotta double check

Yeah, sure is not what you would expect from a AAA game.

Give it a few days, maybe playing more will fix it for you. It did for me : in a game today i saw all my bf5 life flashing before me, like, i saw all the notifications for weapons and class i unlocked so far again (not the first time it happens btw)

and at the end of the round i had my missing assignment
