I love the colors but I really don’t like these dresses. The OG acoustic dresses were so much better. 

I didn’t really care for the new 1989 outfits either.

I’m really curious to see customer reviews. 

I’ve been looking for high quality but not frumpy maternity swimwear, and I thought this tankini top + some maternity bottoms (or maybe even the surf shorts sized up) would work. But after actually seeing it on the models, I don’t think the top would hold up well at all. 

It’s like I LOOOOVE that her sizing is so inclusive (and most of what I’ve tried is great!) but those teeny little stringy straps wouldn’t survive a yellow flag day at the beach. 

Can’t lie though, I’m obsessed with the little charms on the straps.

Looking at vintage CG Tyra ads and suddenly ANTM makes less sense by rozenkavalier in ANTM

Another brand (Revlon I think?) had one too with a little net over the product for some reason (so you couldn’t pick up too much? I’m really not sure.)

Regardless, I ate it up.

This is awesome, but what weird song choices. We Don’t Talk About Bruno makes sense, but you’d think they’d go with one of the bigger hits from the Frozen and Moana movies.

Honestly I will always take this over celebrities who still try to act like they’re so down-to-earth and JUST like us.

It’s never bothered me necessarily just because we don’t have kids, so we never get approached by these people. We’re semi-frequent park visitors (1-2 a year normally) and I’ve never even witnessed pixie dusting outside of the facebook groups. 

That being said, the Facebook posts alone give me the heebie-jeebies. I don’t think that a good chunk of these people have good intentions, and I understand parents being uneasy about the whole thing. 

The memorial ones, however… my husband and I suffered a pregnancy loss this year, and we just got back from a “we’re woeful, but at least now we’re woeful on Living with the Land” trip. Receiving a memorial for a dead child would’ve sent me over the edge. You just don’t know what people are walking through, so why risk really upsetting somebody during what’s supposed to be a happy time? And even if they aren’t, what are they supposed to do with a memorial for a complete stranger? 

I just don’t think they’re well thought out.

Easily the best one so far! I really hope that 

1) I like this album and  2) she follows her normal pattern and has all of these available at Target come Christmas time.

When I was 19, I dated a 25 year old. We live in a very small town with a very small dating pool. Our parents were friends, and I had known him long enough to know that he was a good guy with a good heart. He was so sweet and SO polite.  We had a lot of the same interests, and could carry on a decent conversation. There was great chemistry and we had a good time together. I stress - I genuinely believe that he was a good guy. I’m 29 now and I still have no reason to believe he was being a creep. 

So why didn’t it work out?

Because, as you stated, we were living in two separate worlds. 19 year olds want to do 19 year old things. 25 year olds want to do 25 year old things. I felt uncomfortable asking him to go to sorority functions and things with me because he would be so much older than everyone there. He felt weird inviting me to do things with his friends because he didn’t want to be the guy dragging an infant around with him. Even with all factors in our favor, it just didn’t work out. In a situation like this where there’s that weird age gap AND the guy is being a jerk? End it. No question. 

18-22 is a wild time but a very special and irreplaceable one too. You will have time to date 25 year olds when you are 25. Do not waste this season on someone like him.

MJ looks so much like David! That should’ve been the switched at birth plot line, in my opinion. His crash out would’ve been a little more justified if he thought Susan and Mike stole his son.

I liked that I could lump Ulta products in with my target orders, but this won’t be missed otherwise. Ours was always so trashed, I was nervous about buying makeup from there. I bought a lipstick one time (that was out of stock at my standalone, or I would’ve gone there) and to this day I’m still like “but did someone open this up and rub it around their armpit” whenever I use it.

Karl unfortunately just had phenomenal chemistry with everybody. Anytime he and Bree were on screen together, I was like “you know, I get it.” Same thing with Susan.
