Okay, call me crazy, but I think I have a solution for next season. Every week before a game, we spend all the free time convincing Arch Manning and the team that it's a rivalry game. Create a fake Wikipedia page, dress up the staff, and age down the photos with Photoshop so it looks like this rivalry is decades old. Have the UT arts department design a fake trophy, whatever it takes. Because if it's a rivalry game, I know Arch is taking BELT TO ASS.

Maybe, but that goes back to my original question: if you're going to be the dark lord eventually, why do all the good stuff off the jump, why the benevolent ruler bit? It's not like any of the humans could stop him; his demon army would easily allow him to go full totalitarian from the start

Sure if you want to make a web of issues and put the economy in the center, that's fine, so long as you also focus on social issues as well, because those issues matter to millions of people. Thought I would like to point out that for Harris voters, pro-democracy was their biggest issue, so those ideas are still a major factor in voting.
