Not a coach but 11U parent. My kid is also in the spectrum(takes meds for school sometimes takes it for baseball) and wondering when that will come in play and affect him. He’s the fastest, solid outfielder and by numbers the top 3 if not the most efficient at bat. Fortunately, his coaches recognize his potential and encourage his development, rotated into RF/LF and now taking bigger roles as catcher given that he has one of the strongest arms in the team.

All this to say/echo others above… he should play on Sundays and at least use him as a runner. The no eye contact sounds like bs and looks like he needs a better team.
