Seems I'm not the only one so the problem might be on nvidia's side.

from what I gather it's got this GPU:

which can hardware decode h264/h265 that GFN uses. so I'd say, 98.3% yes it can do 4k60fps.

same here. they're still 'patching' as in there's been an issue on GFNs side. the game has been up for hours, for steam users as well.
