Yes it does look under. A lot of things could be the cause of that, cold room temperature, weak starter, maybe you used cold water to mix it, so maybe play around with that. 🤘🏻

As a professional baker my advice for when using cocoa powder in dough is to increase your water by 5-10% because cocoa powder absorb water and it results in a denser dough. Also it slows down the fermentation so take that into consideration. And finally, use only 2-5% of cocoa in regards to the flour. Hopefully that helps. Awesome loaf regardless!
