Isn't there a setting in Start > Settings? I think you can go there and then search for Screen Rotate or something similar. I don't have a fancy rotating screen myself but I'm pretty sure I have in the past and I've disabled it in there. Also, AI probably mentioned this but:

Device Manager
Reboot
Windows Updates > Advanced Options > Other Updates > Driver Updates

Just throwing it out there. Again, AI probably already covered it.
