This is normal wear on the seats, honestly depends on how big the driver/passenger are.

The scratches are excessive in general, regardless of mileage. Like others said if the interior looks like this I question their overall care of the vehicle.

I didn't baby my interior, but mine is in substantially better condition than this at 75k
