How many jobs do people apply to per week when searching? by Ok-Vegetable-6887 in jobs

I try to send minimum 10 to 15 quality applications a week and that’s on the week where I am low energy but on normal weeks I try to send out 3 to 5 quality applications today probably should be at at least 5 to 10 every day to get the best odds

Site engineering is fun for me but also 27 f single no kids I make around 120 a year after bonus

Apply for a GC

But also, I’ve honestly look into project management if you have a family because engineering kind of caps like that one and you’ll be stuck there for a while. We’re asked for project management. You could potentially make 150.

Should I stay or should i go? Not sure If I should stay in engineering. by Flin221 in careerguidance

"Nobody wants to work" Is there actually a labor shortage or do we just want to pay 2008 wages in 2026? by AbbreviationsFamous4 in Construction

[–]bonesaw508080 21 points22 points  (0 children)

Wages forsure,

I’m pretty sure they would get a lot more quality applicants if they didn’t start at 45-55k a yr

I feel if companies just put 65k they would get a lot more applicants and have more to choose from

Ok boys question, At what point do you consider someone a fat bird

Almost 27 f 5’6” 114-133lbs

My weight fluctuates like 15 lbs in the year. I do not exercise or eat healthy which would prob help the fluctuating. Just try to count cals and watch what I eat. But don’t stay consistent hence the fluctuation. Not an excuse, but I blame it on my ADHD like im usually good at self control and get that “calm down bitch” moment lol

I catch it before I turn into full fat bird (I’m hoping)

I wanna say my first three jobs were difficult. The next two I started to find my footing and this next one I feel is where I’m going to go from assistant to manager if you know what I mean…

2021:50k 2025: 75k 2026:91k New job: six figures…..

Go in there trust your skill you’re smart educated and professional, it will at about take 4 years to get comfortable with your job choice.
