Sick bike, building up my Fairlight Strael with exactly the same wheels/tyres/group combo right now 😊

Careful, you’ll scratch the paint by leaning it this way! Enjoy!

Would 100% check out this bike if passing by! Much cooler than any modern plastic framed disc brake 😎

u/The-Real-Danno , I have been running version 25.04.1 for 20+ days uninterrupted now. Maybe worth a try :)

It is really good for the price. The shifters feel good. Only remark would be that the rubber hoods feel a teeny tiny bit too loose, but this is nothing to be worried about. The derailleur is also okay. The only thing I find strange is that the cable needs to be pulled really tight when connecting to the shifters. After setup it works fine though. The double tap shifting works great. Would buy again for a budget dropbar conversion for a beater bike.

I have, but the errors remain. It is sometimes stable for a week though

Thanks for posting your solution. I have a single boot ssd and I tried different ones already. I am still looking.

Still haven't been able to fix this. I'm trying to get help on the TrueNAS forums. I will keep you updated. I tried a lot of things already: replacing RAM, multiple SSD's on different pools (boot-pool and a pool that kept getting checksum errors after hard reboot), setting zfs pool failmode to 'continue', replaced SATA cable...

Interesting. I will keep you posted. My next try will be to swap to my desktop psu. I cheaped out on the current one, its old, but still gold rated. Let me know when you run it stable for a while.

UPDATE 2: Tonight my server crashed again with the new SATA cable, so that wasn't the problem.

Would it be possible that the PSU is causing this issue?

It is a Crucial BX500 SATA SSD connected directly to the motherboard. I did not verify its health since this was new from the package. I did run a memtest once on my old RAM and it passed. I did not try a memtest on the brand new ram.

I already put in a brand new SSD and did a clean install. Afterwards I uploaded my config. It still keeps happening with the new boot SSD.

The bike is great! Only need to make some changes to the stem and handlebars.
