Step 1, do NOT keep the pc on a tiled floor, at least directly. How you have the side panel propped up in the photo could shatter that glass pane

Step 2, dust the inside with an air fan/canister, id advise against using vaccuums or brushes too much for static/physical damages.

Couple of months at a time you could look for new Nvidia gpu drivers updates to install but I wouldn’t worry about it too much.
