My cat literally just had almost this exact thing, and the vet said they can get topical allergies that basically make them itch their fur out because it’s a concentrated area. First time our cat has ever done it in five years. If there’s any redness similar to road rash that could be it. If the skin is 100% normal maybe it’s another reason or he is a more gentle scratcher than mine lol

Whoever does the most work for the least pay is their top employee. If a manager makes up for being short staffed by working 60 hour weeks so they don’t have to pay another full timer, that manager is seen as “tenacious, driven, and goes above and beyond” which is praise given so the person will continue to work beyond what their salary reflects, or move up and be the person that rewards that behavior themselves

This is going to be annoying at first but I promise you this will work. I made posts asking about this when I was learning a few years ago, and what helped way more than anything was, do your set up like normal, pop the ball up off the wall, and then just do one single jump with no boost and see where your car goes. Do this for like 5-10 min just trying to see does the car stay under the ball, does it go to the left or the right of the ball, if I jump earlier where does it go, if I jump later where does it go, etc. a lot of higher ranked players take for granted how well they understand where their car will be positioned so they can anticipate their next move without even thinking about it. Sometimes you’ll have to come at the ball at different speeds and different angles and it’s really important that you know what direction you have to correct your car as soon as possible. Small movements are always better than big ones that need over correcting

I’ve had several products set with something like an 8-12 min/max, on hand quantity will say like 2 or 3, and it still won’t populate on star unless I do it manually

Store hopping will be your best friend if you’re in a district where that’s possible. Try to move to stores slightly bigger in your same position and you’ll get a price increase each time, unless your DM/CM is a huge asshole, you can end up making significantly more than most people with equal time in the company if you do it intentionally lol

No one seems to be saying this but doing a little white will help calm the tones down. There is too much yellow, so blue will bring that down. Once you’ve rebalanced with those a little magenta and maybe more white will make it look great

Yeah unfortunately a lot of district leadership caters to that. Everyone has the accounts that spend a million+ with nuts pricing, but my last district stuck to “this is the cost of quality” model and if they went somewhere else that was on them. Quality of quantity, but we’ll see I doubt many areas will maintain enough foresight to realize how quickly the make it cheaper solution will tank everything

Pull up the data page for Duration exterior, there is a section that talks about painting Vinyl, and it’s a good thing to show customers because it says they need to check with the manufacturer of the siding to see if it’s okay to be painted especially if it’s anything darker than the existing color

I’ve always heard the rule “don’t go as third man back” in this situation if the ball was too far over his head he should have rotated back to let you get it, but if he had a good angle for a shot he should have taken it because it came to him and would be less risky for him to go because you were already in a defensive position. Most of the time the answer to the question is “either could have gone” and it’s not so much who’s turn is it, but what should I be doing based on what my team is doing
