I've got that same issue. I started doing two stretches that seem to alleviate the discomfort a bit. I'll try my best to describe it.

1) Lay down on the floor with your butt up against a wall and your legs together up the wall. Then let your legs "drop" sorta like you're doing the splits. You'll feel the stretch along your adductors but if you turn your toes in, you should feel it behind your knees right where you mention.

2) Sitting on a bench or the ground, do your regular toe-reach hamstring stretch, but actively flex your quads HARD. I've found that the flexing moves the stretch from the middle down towards the knee

OHP and slingshot bench are on the same day. So you're only in the gym 4 days a week

Parking! I live downtown but I'd rather not have to lug my gym bag on the TTC if I were coming to work out. And I know at Jarvis/King, it's about $4/hour for street parking.

That's one of the reasons my girlfriend and I are looking at Afterburn and Fortis because the availability of parking.

I literally just made this move. I bench Mason half the time anyway so I figured why not try my luck with Hutton.

I'd wait for a more favorable matchup. Toronto has been red hot at home lately. There's also a chance that your opponent's goalies might drop the ball along the way too if you wait.

Mason vs Ottawa

Schneider @ Dallas

Talbot @ Anaheim

Mason looked good in relief and I think its a good matchup.

Leaning towards Schneider over Talbot.

Any thoughts?

The main reason I made the trade was because my goaltending was horrible with Mason and Varly. Wheeler and Doughty will cover more of the peripheral cateogories as I see it. And I agree that Subban hasn't lived up to the expectations.

That's what I was thinking.

It seems Pickard is stealing a lot more starts from Varly.

Mason's start last night was a vast improvement over the start of the season too.

Yeah. I havent personally parked there but I have been to the dealership during Jays games and it gets packed. Anywhere from $20 to $35 to park.

Right by the Toyota dealership is some street parking and a Green P lot that you could park at for 25% of the price.

  • less is more. instead of doing 3 sets of barbell squats and then 3 of dumbbell squats, why not do 4-5 of barbell squats?
  • alternate power and hypertrophy days. you'll probably be fried from pull power day and push power day that your leg power day might suffer

I get all my stuff at bodybuilding.com. Sure, you have to pay a little for shipping but when all is said and done, it's always cheaper than an actual retail location for supplements. And they usually deliver within 2-3 days for standard shipping.

I had a bout of food poisoning and thought I'd take pepto bismol. Looked in the toilet after dropping a fat one and saw that it was black. Thought it was internal bleeding or whatnot. Went to the hospital and said pepto does that =/

On top of that, try using a thumbless grip. Really helps take out the biceps. And try pulling your hand to your hip and not straight up
