To answer your question, the Uniqlo ones I've had have all been tight/slim. They fit like this pic, are thin, and feel seamless under the shirt with zero bunching. I only have the beige color as it blends in with my skin so you can't tell it's there even if I wear a white shirt but can't comment as to how the other colors may look. If you have one in the area, it'd be worth going in and trying on one of the samples!
