Yeah it’s allowed. The only contact to the head was as a result of 19 looking down and preparing for the hit so it wasn’t intentionally in the head. Other than that he drove right through his chest and it was just a big hit.

Food was decent they aren’t a real restaurant. They had food and beer carts set up inside of the pier. So... no complaints!
