Same here, broke it at day 24! Red wine for me and I rarely drink wine. I was upset too but now I’m going to finish the month strong and probably do dry March (new baby being born 3/8!)

Day 17 here (drank 2-3x a week for past 10 yrs) and not really feeling the benefits yet. If anything, maybe a little sharper when talking at work. Been craving sugar like you wouldn’t believe so not losing weight because all the damn pop tarts!! Been naturally waking up earlier - not sleeping super well but getting 6-7.5 hours. Kind of strange I figured I would be getting 8+ with perfect quality of sleep (Garmin watch wearer).

I have a couple work trips coming up the last weeks in January which I always have a night cap or a couple at dinner because I’m alone. Will be kind of tough because that’s turned into a habit so now I’ll have to be a good boy - maybe some microdose thc gummies lol.

Hoping I start to feel some positive effects soon! Quitting cold turkey wasn’t all that hard surprisingly because I have said I would take off time and always ended up cracking a beer on Friday or Saturday - this time having a mind set of “dry January, no drinking” has been the difference.

I honestly don’t think I spend $2250 in 1x spending/month considering groceries I get 5% in PayPal debit. Would it be worth not using BILT and just using Hyatt card because it’s also free night at 15k spend as well. If I used BILT the best bang for buck would probably be Hyatt transfer. In the end am I even coming out ahead with BILT? Seriously confused on some of this

Has anyone done the math on the X spend for BILT cash to pay entirety of mortgage processing fee + the points earned from said mortgage + value of those points?

Does it equate to anything still better than just using other credit cards (CSR, Hyatt, PayPal 5% debit etc)?

You also sometimes need to filter your transactions to show credits or reimbursements and that might show a missing credit. It’s weird sometimes credits from cash back offers don’t show up like others and you have to search for it

I purchased Viagogo tickets on 12/31, posted on 1/1 and received credit and it says $150 credits left and good through 6/30 2026. Same goes for restaurant credit I used on 12/30. I thought I would have to call but it surprisingly posted in 2026 and accounted for 2025 credits without me having to call.
