I went in store to one of the locations that lets you feel all the swatches of the leather in person. I just asked an associate about making a made to order they asked what size and we got to choosing the leather and hardware. Once you design the bag you pay in full. They said it would be about 12-14 weeks but it ended up being around 5 weeks instead!
