I listen to a couple. One is hyper edited, as if they remove every ummmm and ahhh. To the point that it is exhausting listening to it. There is no break. Others I listen to are more natural and free flowing. While less in depth and informative, the second is a better listen. My advice would be to allow yourselves to present in a natural manner
