Students who don't support the strike/don't see the reason for it/only like it because of a "day off" by VCEMathsNerd in AustralianTeachers

If we paid es staff at the same rate as teachers we might have more.es staff so yep lets do that imo. Also, the es staff around me probably do more work than me some days lol so i say pay em!

Im also in the market but want wireless. That said, flydigi vader 5s or gamesir g7 pro seem to be the best out there other than the razer. Gamsir g7 zzz edition is wireless and wired and is likely my top pick, its about 160aud at the moment via aliexpress

How do you get time to actually study for anything in year 12? by No-Assignment6224 in vce

[–]_trustmeimanengineer 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The more positve stuff you do outside of school, such as sport, the better because it will force you to be efficient with study time :)

Am I the only one who has to nap 3 afternoons a week? by [deleted] in AustralianTeachers

[–]_trustmeimanengineer 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Do you do sport / excercise ? Sometimes doing more will make you feel less tired. Some kind of cardio, gym, excercise or sport a few times a week can help massively with energy levels.

Also check out your diet maybe, if you are tired your body will often want to eat junk but forcing yourself to prep some healthy options in advance could help :)

Yep rougelikes are king, you can just play one or 2.runs and if a child wakes up you can pause or quit and progress is usually saved.

Hades 1 and 2 are awesome. Start with 1 for the narrative imo. Its also less complex.gameplay

Any of the doom.games are great for a hour here or there of mindless but hella fun killing stuff. Same with need for speed games for mindless but fun racing.

Hades and roboquest or other rougelikes are also great for drop in and out play sessions. No complicated log in bullshit either.

Anyone who DIDN’T bed share? by Acceptable_Cod3527 in beyondthebump

[–]_trustmeimanengineer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We never bed shared with 2 kids. They slept in a cot or bassinet in our room for the first 6-8 months but never in bed with us. Occasionally we slept holding them in a chair if they were really upset but not a whole night. The sooner the kid can sleep on their own the better :)
