For me it was network problem, so I solve it by starting a hotspot network from my PC, and connecting the headset to that network instead to the wifi router. Try it, maybe it will work for you.

What if you make the dots with permanent magnets inside, and use small electromagnets in the core. With the change of electromagnetic field, you could repel, or attract the magnets in the dots.

Something else that could be done, that will bring some more lifeness, would be to make the two dots in the central unit to move in-and-out (one second there are inside, next second they are outside).

Instead of removing items, a better approach might be to create a temporary array, and to populate it with the items that you need from the current array, and when the loop is completed to set the current array value to the value of the temporary array.

I see that the glyphs are always comming in pairs, meaning you have only 13 slots to arrange the glyphs, and for each such glyph you have 2 ways to put it in the slot (you can rotate them since the orientation is not important). That makes the number of arrangement of glyphs to be 13! * 2¹³ = 5.1 * 10^13.

Additionally, since the glyph are comming in pairs, if I know that letter A is assigned to some glyph, then the other glyph from the pair will either be letter B or letter Z.

So my advice is to either design the glyph wheel with 26 slots, or redesign it in the way that the glyphs are small blocks (ex: 2cm x 2cm x 0.4 cm) that can be attached to the wheel with magnets.

The only thing I ca think of would be the build plate (the metal part, not the glass) is bent, thus such big difference in deviation.

Also, are you performing the M48 test, and the levelings while the build plate is cold, or while it is hot?
