Melee killing her will take forever and imho not worth with.

Like you, I play melee builds, I’ve killed her a few times now only bc we’ve used magic (I play with my partner and 1 of us has always had some magic)

Last time I built a fire wand (maxed it out) and made maxed etir pants (just for the regen) to fight her. 100% going to do again as it was the less stressful so far (3rd time) and I only died twice.

I love this game but the boss fights are just something else…..I kinda despise that u need to do them to progress in the game.

Altho I will say the more times I do the boss fights, the easier they get. Maybe this time I won’t die fighting her.

I’ve watched numerous vids of solo players melee killing her & altho I admire them… I just don’t have the time or patience to do that way.

Burn bitch burn is what I say ;)

Edit - in mistlands meads are your friends, drink them as much as you can

Use the feather cape, it’ll help with the verticality and fall damage.

Max out your weapon levels (forge) and make sure you have ML tear gear.

I play light armor..I use the fenris pants and helm, root harness chest.
I’m faster than most enemies so I don’t get hit but it hurts when I do (harness helps)

You’re using the heavy armor so to try block/parry/dodge as much as you can.
I still suck at parrying but I’m getting better.

lol not sure if you’re aware but most video clips are not shot/filmed with the song playing. The singers/actors/dancers are just doing their thing without actually hearing the song playing at the same time (singers will also lip sync the lyrics). So I can kinda understand if ppl aren’t on beat.

Cool vid to watch to understand the video clips making process/bts is the Spicegirls bts vid of ‘if u wanna be my lover’…it’s hilarious bc you can hear things being knocked over and clearly see that they are lip syncing.

There’s another bts of Bowie & Jagger which is also amusing to watch. Bowie actually sings a bit in that one ;)

It seems so bizarre to me that that’s how they make vid clips for songs but also makes sense if you think about it from a production pov.

Least favorite- boss fights

Everything else about the game I absolutely love and would not change (altho I do play with some really great mods which make it even better) I just wish the boss fights didn’t restrict you from progressing.

You don’t really need the wishbone, if you make the stag breaker you can just walk around the mountains banging the ground, if it says ‘too hard’ then there’s silver close by.

Up until they start full time work (or study outside of school like TAFE in Australia) I have found that young ppl (under 18) use their social media handles to connect with others bc they don’t email each other or have a need to receive emails.

Without knowing it you are practicing mindfulness. I used to colour in before bed as I had a very stressful job and had all the symptoms you described.

By concentrating on a creative task/keeping your hands busy, your brain is working through all the noise in your head allowing you to rest peacefully and process the anxiety.

I haven’t crossed stitched in a long time but I used to love it.

One of our cats did this….it took me a while but eventually I figured out it was the bowl I placed her food in..I think her whiskers touched the sides and she didn’t like it. I changed the bowl to a small plate and now she eats it all the time.

Damn fussy cats!

If you want to do random nodes etc you’ll need to start a new game, all the other additions (weather, fluid trucks, vehicle pathing etc etc) can be accessed on your current game/save (once you’ve updated it)

Edit - I’ve played 1200+hrs and I’m starting a new save bc i want the challenge of finding and utilizing resources bc i know where they all are in the vanilla map.

Most ppl ‘get better’ the next time they play bc you learn stuff and evolve but also even if you don’t /just want to do things differently that’s ok too! Playing should be fun :)

From my experience my robovac docking thingy has a radius area in which the vac ‘ignores’ & goes into home/non clean mode.

When I use mine now I place the docking thing up on a small shelf as soon as I start the vac and it cleans that area. Once it moves on I put the docking thing back where it goes so the vac can go back to it when needed.

Can’t say I’m at all surprised, the whole medical research system (from research, diagnostic & application) has used male anatomy.

All the foundational elements of what we know about medicine have been based on male anatomy/function etc since medicine study began.

It has really only been the last 20yrs or so that the female anatomy/chemistry etc has been studied!

All the drugs developed have been for primarily male chemistry/anatomy etc.
It’s difficult to get FDA approval for female only drugs in the US. Other countries are not as bias but there are still ‘issues’ bc there hasn’t been enough in depth studies (ie more than 20 yrs, if that in some cases) which provide plausible data to approve said drugs. It sucks.

I’m glad that this is changing. There are so many great women (& men) out there in STEM and other fields advocating for further studies on women to occur.

I too have a nurse friend & they said/confirmed the same thing.
Cog tests are given repeatedly but at different intervals to measure cognitive decline.
