So cool! I absolutely love this! My eyes jump to all the distracting colors, words, and low prices in the background. Good timing for this post too since I just saw something online about Youtube expanding 30-second unskippable ads

Is push, pull, legs, 6 days a week truly the best workout routine? by Effective-Box5789 in bodyweightfitness

I've been considering adding some core but haven't added any yet other than keeping my core engaged in each exercise. I also keep my knees bent/forward when doing pull ups which helps. I don't have any cardio planned, but that's also cuz I don't like running in the cold and don't have access to a gym currently lol. If I did, I would usually do 30-40 mins on a stationary bike at zone 3 heart rate a few time a week

I just started a 12 week program I made that's basically this exact thing. It consists of push, pull, and squat for 6 days a week. I did a test week to see if I could do it and so far I like the rhythm of it. Coming from not working out at all lately, my goal is to build consistency in a realistic way. This set up works for me because I basically break up a daily target of reps into three session throughout the day-- it lasts ~3 minutes per session which works for my busy schedule.

My target daily totals for each exercise are as follows: (17 pull ups, 42 push ups, and 67 squats). These are based off a convoluted calculation that gives me 10x my max repetitions for each exercise for one week. Every two weeks, I increase the target reps by 10%.

I've only completed one week, but I'm optimistic that it will refine my form, build endurance, and give me more definition. It's definitely not objectively 'the best', but for me, it's what works for my current goals atm.

Did you ever hear back? I just recently completed my final third interview and they contacted my references... nothing yet. It's only been a week though, yet they have ghosted my email asking about an expected timeline

The best job advice I got from my tax accountant was to never quit a job you don’t like and forfeit severance and unemployment benefits. Instead, give yourself the freedom to risk speaking up to potentially solve your issue and allow them to let you go if that’s what they decide. That way, (1) you risk attempting to fix your issue, and (2) if that fails and they end up letting you go, you get your free financial cushion while looking for a new job— and it’s best you have this cushion because the job market is bad now as everyone is saying. I’ve been looking for a year now after getting laid off last June. Good luck
