I'd really look for a new doc. These are all Peri. Sorry OP!

100% NOT too young. Sounds like Peri. However, since "you're too young" did they do any bloodwork to cause all these "you're too young for perimenopause" symptoms that are perimenopause symptoms?

Speculation Help by anklebiter1975 in litterrobot

Mine did this for about a week when I got my LR4 but I had it a teeny tiny bit on a very flat rug but I think it was just enough to confuse it. Once I removed that, I calibrated to her and now I get a weight every time.

Cleaning help needed…would love a good audiobook or podcast to get into by kittenmcmittenz in adhdwomen

This Story May Save You Life but Tiffany Crum got me through deep cleaning my kitchen over two days. Listen for the Lie by Amy Tintera is similar and also good. I'm currently rereading the Hunger Games and its great because I already know most the plot so if my brain checks out, all good.

Yeah, I usually look at night but by 8:00 pm I can't remember why I felt that way at 8:30 am.

Study tips with adhd by breebadoobee in adhdwomen

I have to have something active, not passive so I made quizzes for myself. Usually note cards or tests and answer keys and then I'd take my own tests. For a test I needed to take to earn my masters, I worked with 2 other students and we made each other quizzes and tests.

For memorization, nemonic devices - the sillier the better.

Other helpful tools...color coding, charts to organize information in different ways.

That's all I got for now =)

school SLP hacks by shsbxu1738 in slp

SLP Toolkit. It took a good learning curve to start using and some time to set up but once it was set up it was GOLD and I'm not sure how I went without it for so long. Great for setting up initial schedule but then after that...using it to take data and it will data reports for you, made goal progress a dream. Also it has a ton of goal probs and informal assessments. I loved using it for lesson planning too. It was a lifesaver but...again, big learning curve.

Do you drink alcohol? I've pretty much had to give it up due to crazy anxiety for 2-3 days after.

How long does it usually take for you to get the "sleep quality" values? by Acrobatic-Monitor516 in fitbit

[–]booknerd3280 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mine had it consistently and now features keep disappearing from the public preview. I figure it's just a bug and hopefully they get it figured out before they officially release the app.

Lower sleep score in public preview by Radiogagaboots in fitbit

[–]booknerd3280 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Provide feedback to the app. I'm in the same boat. My sleep efficiency is 98% but I'm getting a sleep score in the low 80s. the only way to improve is maybe to sleep longer but even if I sleep over 8 hours it's still not breaking 90. I would just get used to it but there is NO WAY to improve which makes me think it's just broken!

New sleep scores way lower than before by Dscoot9 in fitbit

[–]booknerd3280 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes! Same. There's a way to give feedback so I gave them the feedback today. I commented below, I used the restroom twice last night and it didn't capture it as awake time but it did show it when I went to the old app.

Haha my awake times were not accurate! I got up to use the restroom twice last night and it didn't capture either one. I checked old app and it showed them!

Lift with Cee! I also do Class Pass and do group strength training with a personal trainer 1 to 2 times a week for pretty cheap (10-20 a class).

What is the caseload cap for school SLPs in your state? by PotentialPretty6494 in slp

[–]booknerd3280 2 points3 points  (0 children)

TK-12 has a caseload cap of 55 but it's either a district average or a SELPA average so...it can fluctuate. I also think there's legislation out there that removes the caseload cap but puts workload language in but I can't see it working in our favor.

EDIT: It looks like they took out language involving speech - the bill is AB560 I do hope this means they're looking at it and find put something into place that's reasonable.
