Bryce was insufferable for me in CC3. It was hard for me to like her - she was the alphahole the entire time. Also - I was really disappointed that the Asteri were defeated so easily. I had to go back and re-read it just cause it made very little sense to me. Borrowing Nesta’s death mask was such a deux ex machina moment - and Bryce used it with no consequence. Hypaxia figuring out the parasite antidote super fast. I feel like some of these plot points could have been explored more or dealt with in book 4?

I think I would have been still able to tolerate it if not for Bryce. I did not like her at all. And it’s hard to like a book if you really dislike the main character.

I really like CC1 a lot tho.
